Window blinds for sun protection · Musings from a male knitter

Filed under: blinds — content @ 8:00 am

After some dark months here in Northern Norway the sun has come back in full effect and the sunlight during the spring can be very intense. The flowers and plants that we have inside are especially endangered by the intense sunlight. We have always used blinds to cover our windows to keep the sun out during this season. As we have midnight sun in the summer quite a few people have problems sleeping because the night is so light. Blinds can be very helpful to keep bedrooms dark. Blindsaver.com got a wide variety of high quality blinds, shades and coverings for windows from many brands. BlindSaver also have their own brand of blinds and shades, and they even have a 3-year extended warranty on all of their products. One stylish brand that BlindSaver offer, is the Dutch brand Hunter Douglas with over 50 years experience in making innovative and high quality window coverings. Hunter Douglas is the brand that originated the cellular shades (also known as honeycomb shades) category and they come several styles to suit your taste. Bali Blinds is another good window coverings brand with stylish and fresh designs. A personal favorite for me among the products from Bali Blinds, are the Bali roller shades which have a retro look that I enjoy a lot and would love to have in my living room.
